Tonight, everyone going on the Ghana trip met at one of the student's house. Professor Brown cooked some authentic Ghanian food for the students to try. He recruited a few to assist in the cooking while he went over all the food terms in Twi. He cooked Red Red (fried plantains), beans, and a rice dish. I've loaded some pictures from the evening below.
